Application Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

1. Who we are and scope

HONEYBEE NANNY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes mobile applications. This policy applies to applications published by HONEYBEE NANNY LTD that link to this policy in their Google Play listing or within the app. It describes our ad-supported applications, which do not require an account and use advertising services from AppLovin, Google AdMob and/or Meta Audience Network. Not every listed advertising provider is necessarily active in every app or session.

Company number: 17053344. Registered office: Unit 5 Red Lion Court Alexandra Road, Hounslow, England, TW3 1JS. Privacy contact: nadiabouyassine@gmail.com. The company is the controller for personal information it processes; advertising providers may act as independent controllers for their own processing under their respective policies.

2. Information processed

You do not need to register or provide a name, email address or password to use the covered applications. Advertising SDKs nevertheless collect or receive device and usage information. Depending on the SDK, app configuration, your choices and applicable law, this may include:

These data may be transmitted directly from your device to advertising providers, even when we do not receive the underlying raw information. SDK collection for advertising may include measurement and analytics; the absence of a separate analytics service does not mean no usage information is processed.

If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and information you voluntarily include. Please do not send passwords, payment information, children’s details or other sensitive information.

3. Purposes

Information is used to deliver and measure advertisements, determine eligible ads, personalise ads where permitted and subject to relevant choices, limit repeated ads, detect invalid traffic or fraud, troubleshoot technical problems, maintain service security and respond to support enquiries. We do not use an account system in the applications covered by this notice.

4. Advertising services and sharing

Advertising providers and their participating advertising partners may process the information above for ad delivery, measurement, personalisation and security. Their policies explain their data handling, retention, partner sharing and privacy controls:

We may also disclose information to service providers needed to handle support and maintain our business, where required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell support correspondence. Advertising disclosures may be treated as a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain regional laws; applicable opt-out rights are described below.

5. Legal bases and choices

Where UK or EEA law applies, processing is based on consent where required for advertising identifiers, device access and personalised advertising; legitimate interests where legally available for security, fraud prevention, basic service operation and support; steps requested by you in relation to a contract; or legal obligations. Advertising providers describe their own legal bases in their notices.

Where an app presents consent or privacy options, you may use them to make or change your choices. You can also use Android’s advertising privacy controls to reset or delete an advertising ID and manage supported advertising preferences. Menu names vary by device and Android version. Restricting personalised ads does not necessarily remove advertising or all ad-related processing. Contact us if you need help finding an app’s privacy choices.

6. Storage, security and retention

App preferences or progress, where a particular app offers these features, may be stored locally. You can remove local app data through your device settings or by uninstalling; this does not automatically delete data already received by advertising providers.

We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control. No system can guarantee absolute security. Advertising providers maintain their own safeguards; Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts user data in transit using TLS. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry, manage related issues and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Advertising providers determine retention of data they control under their own policies.

7. International processing

Advertising and email providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, transfers subject to UK or EEA law must rely on a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information concerning transfers under our control; provider policies address their transfers.

8. Privacy requests and deletion

Depending on your location and the applicable conditions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sale or sharing. You may also have a right to appeal a refused request. Contact nadiabouyassine@gmail.com with the app name and your request. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We cannot identify every user solely from an app installation and may not control provider-held data. For data controlled by an advertising provider, use that provider’s privacy tools or contact channels. Uninstalling the app does not itself send a deletion request. There is no account to delete in the applications covered by this policy.

You may complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

9. Children’s privacy

This general notice does not establish an app’s target audience or authorise behavioural advertising to children. Refer to each app’s store listing and in-app information for its intended audience. We do not ask users to submit children’s personal details. If you believe a child’s personal information has been processed improperly, contact us with the app name so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any child-directed offering requires audience-appropriate disclosures and advertising configurations.

10. External destinations

Advertisements and other links may open third-party services. Those services apply their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their data practices.

11. Changes

We may update this notice as our apps or processing practices change. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required. An app that introduces additional data practices needs corresponding disclosures before those practices apply.
